Henry Ratliff was

Paul Ratliff and Emmah Hall.
Henry married on 19 May 1890 in Letcher Co KY to Mary Polly Hughes.
She was the daughter of
Gabriel Hughes and Nancy Potter.
Mary Polly Hughes was born on 16 March 1870 in Letcher Co KY and died 12 April
1959 in Greenup Co KY. Both Henry and Mary are buried in the Mt Zion Cemetery,
Greenup Co KY.
