died on 23 March 1997 in Pike Co., Kentucky. Arville married on 6 July 1954 in Pikeville, Pike Co KY to Carrie Lee Ratliff.
Carrie was the daughter of
Nora AliceWallace and Clyde H
Potter. Carrie was born on 18 May 1935 in Praise KY and died on 23 February 1997 in Hellier KY. Daughter of Arville and Carrie, Connie Lynn Hopson, married Rev Teddy Bruce Damron, the
son of Fonnie C Damron and Violet Baldridge.
Teddy was born in Pike Co KY and died in July of 2000 in Pike Co KY.
Pearl Alice Hopson born 11 July 1911. She married Glen Ratliff. Glen was the son of Hawkins Ratliff and Louisa Childers (aka Childress).
John Homer Hopson born 19 May 1915. He married Anne White.
George Foster Hopson born 26 Jan 1918. He married Florence Gibson. Their children are;
Johnny Hopson.
Ruby Lee Hopson married Paul Dutton.
Rev Jimmy Hopson. Rev Jimmy Hopson has a church in Independence VA called the Grace Freewill Baptist Church. It is almost on
the border of North Carolina, but still in the VA side.
